When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, organisation, selected topic and message are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to our company mailbox. We use this information to respond to you. Message contents are not stored in the website database or application logs. Your email address is hashed for short-lived spam-rate limits. Amazon SES and our mailbox provider process the email to deliver and retain correspondence.
When a website is hosted, its infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the service. The production hosting arrangements and logging practices must be confirmed before this policy is finalised.
How Information Is Used
Enquiry information is used to respond to questions, discuss potential relationships and maintain relevant correspondence. Our intended legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us.
